Here’s how to get in on Saturday:
Approach on Main Street and turn south onto Allen Street. Do not try to come in on any street other then Main Street.
Turn left (east) at the Check-In point marked on the map—look for signs and staff just off Allen Street by Norwood St.
Stop at Check-In for your space number and placement. Staff will escort you to your spot from there.
Do not enter from Memorial Dr., W. Gibson St., Acree St., or through the Square. Barricades will be up and you’ll be turned around.
Tip: The Warrenton Post Office is a good marker, turn on the road by the Post Office, head south, and follow the Check-In signs.
Setup: 6:00 AM–8:45 AM — vehicles must be out by 9:00 AM.
Bring your own tent, tables, and chairs.
No electricity or water provided.
No breakdown before 4:00 PM.
No refunds for weather or cancellation.
Bring trash bags and clean up your area.
Arrive at Your Assigned Check-In Time.
Please do not arrive early — check-in is carefully staggered to avoid congestion. Arrive exactly at your assigned time so everyone can unload safely and efficiently.
Unload Quickly, Then Park.
Once you’ve checked in and unloaded, move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area before setting up. This keeps Main Street clear for other vendors.
Bring Everything You Need.
Tents, tables, chairs, displays, cash box, trash bags, and supplies — vendors are responsible for their own setup. No electricity or water is provided, so plan accordingly.
Keep Your Setup Within Your Space.
All items, including tent legs, trailer hitches, and signage, must fit within your assigned area. If you need extra room, contact us in advance — space is limited.
Anchor and Weather-Proof Your Booth.
Use heavy tent weights, sandbags, or tie-downs. November weather can bring gusts — secure everything before the festival opens.
Display Prices Clearly.
Make it easy for customers to browse and buy. Visible pricing helps you make more sales and keeps lines moving.
Stay Until the Festival Ends.
Vendors must remain open until 4:00 PM. Early breakdowns disrupt the event experience and may impact future participation.
Keep It Clean.
Bring trash bags for your area and leave your space as you found it. No grease or debris should be left on streets or sidewalks.
Be Friendly and Engaged.
Greet visitors, stand when possible, and tell the story behind your products. Friendly faces make great impressions — and great sales.
Promote Your Booth!
Share a photo of your setup and tag @HometownWarrenton and #SportsmansFestival. Help attendees find you and show off your business to the community.
